Six year philanthropic commitment led by
mothers and daughters in our community
beginning in 7th grade through senior year.

Miracle For Kids - We help families with critically-ill children fighting bankruptcy, homelessness, hunger, and depression so they can fight for their kids' lives. One of our projects was collecting back-to-school supplies and backpacks for families to return to in-person learning, delivering them with gift cards.

MAXLOVE PROJECT - Love this homegrown philanthropy! We support families fighting childhood cancers by staffing fundraisers, conducting local events, and in-office volunteering. SuperMax Wilford is a schoolmate fighting brain cancer and a superhero to thousands of other children fighting cancer.

Fun Fact: My 5th grade class created a video pleading with Jimmy Kimmel to meet Max, and it worked. Jimmy played our video on his show just before inviting Max on stage. MaxLove Project went viral from a community startup to a nationwide phenomenon. Talk about wonderful!

SURFRIDER FOUNDATION - We preserve our ocean and beaches by organizing beach clean-ups, removing plastics and other debris that pose dangers to ecosystems, marine life and beachgoers.

SUSAN G. KOMEN - We staff and assist the Race For The Cure to end breast cancer, which 1 in 8 women will get. Dressed in outrageous pink costumes, we set up, cheer on survivors and their families, and tear down the event.
